Coast Monkeys will follow the following shipping policy for the satisfaction of our customers:
Upon confirmation of stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after this time. Customers within the Kingdom of Thailand will be able to receive the order within 2 days after dispatch and will be notified if a delay is unavoidable. Customers outside the Kingdom of Thailand will be notified of an estimate date of delivery depending on the logistics company being used, your country of residence and shipping method you select. General transportation around the world normally requires 7-20 days. Priority shipping can be used and charged to the customer.
Customers within the Kingdom of Thailand will enjoy Free Shipping. Customers outside the Kingdom of Thailand will incur additional shipping costs depending on the country they are in.
Customers will shoulder the customs tax in international shipments as these vary depending on the country.
Customers will receive tracking information of the parcel/s between 1-7 business days after ordering.
