Return and refund Policy

  • Customers have 7 days upon receipt of item to file a complaint in product quality or damaged item upon arrival or the item is not the right size, material and color. These can be done by sending an email or report to customerservice@coastmonkeys.com , Facebook messenger ID Coast Monkeys, Instagram direct message Coast Monkeys, and Line ID Coast Monkeys. The report must contain the description of the issue and pictures. Our customer service officer will then conduct a validation of the complaint and once verified, we will send a replacement within 7 business days. The damaged item will be collected by our logistics partner. If the item is not returned to our logistics partner, we will not issue the replacement.
  • If you are outside the Kingdom of Thailand, you will have to send back the item to us in its original packaging, and we will process your refund and/or replacement item.
  • We will not accept returns if the items are washed, worn, used or misused.
  • Slight color variations should be acceptable due to the difference in fabric color types.
  • Customers will be required to show valid identification and evidence of the payment option used (credit card, debit card). If there is no valid identification, there will be no return, no replacement nor refund.
  • We do not accept items sent back directly without our staff assessment’s “Go Signal”.
  • Once we receive the return item and if there is no replacement item desired, we will process the refund back to customers payment option used. Refund timing will depend on the payment option used. Coast Monkeys cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Coast Monkeys. This includes any custom taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs incurred by you.
  • If a refund is preferred, we will process it within 2-5 business days after we receive your return. Usually, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original payment method used – Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. Credit cards may take a longer time to arrive.
  • The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Except for quality issues, special merchandise and clearance sale items does not participate in the return policy
  • Items that belong to “Clearance Sale” category will have a “No Return No Refund” policy.
  • If you change your mind and want an exchange after placing an order (more than 24 hours), as long as the item has not been shipped yet, we can accommodate your request. Please make sure you are using the same email address you used during the purchase. You will need to explain the reason why. If the product has already been shipped, the shipping fee will not be refunded during the delivery.
  • You may return the eligible item within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • A tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help us to track your return status and process your return.
